0:54 it's one thing to just tell people, you know, you need to get

0:57 to the place where you move forward, stop getting stuck to the past and

1:03 just take the step. And we focus a lot on the physical aspect of

1:07 moving forward. We focus a lot on the physical steps that people need to

1:12 take you in order to move forward. But there's also an important thing you

1:17 need to understand. The scripture says you know as a man think it's so

1:19 see, which gives us a lot of importance to note the importance of our

1:25 mental thinking capacity. Right. Sometimes you know, yes, you are forced

1:30 to move forward physically, you know. For example, I mean if you

1:34 lost a loud one, you know, you can't sit in the graveyard the

1:40 rest of your life, right, you need to physically move forward with your

1:42 life, like you need to get back to college or school, or work

1:47 or wherever you are, whatever you're doing. You need to get back to

1:49 the game of life. But the thing is this, the biggest challenge is

1:57 not in the physical aspect of moving forward, but it's actually in you know,

2:04 the place where your mind needs to move forward. Are you getting what

2:07 I'm saying a place where I want to pray and speak over you guys,

2:10 that you take the step to deal with your mind, that you take it

2:15 forward from where you are in life, right, because a lot of people

2:20 are getting stuck in life. They're not able to move forward. Maybe they're

2:23 just doing certain things that they need to do, maybe go back to work,

2:25 go back to school, that they just have to do. They have

2:29 no the choice, go back to their family, go back you know,

2:31 there are certain things they have to continue doing it. They're forced to do

2:36 it, they are obligated to do it, and they have no the choice

2:38 about doing it. But then when it comes to the decisions in their life

2:43 when it comes to moving forward into the next level of their destiny, maybe

2:46 taking a step in their career, maybe in their relationships, or maybe with

2:52 their dreams they're calling their purpose or maybe anything like that. You know,

2:57 they will really like, you know what, I don't feel like moving forward

2:59 with life. You know, I'm just giving up on life, you know.

3:01 I just want to just settle where I am. Now, that's where

3:04 I want to tell you guys, if you need to move forward in that

3:07 regard, also you need to deal with your mind, because you need to

3:10 move forward in your mind. I want to share a scripture with you,

3:14 and I want to take this forward. And this is found in Joshua chapter

3:16 one, and I'm reading from the Inalti version, and this is what it

3:21 says. After the death of Moses, the Lord's servant, the Lord spoke

3:25 to Joshua's son of none, Moses is assistant. He said in verse two,

3:31 Moses, my servant is dead. Therefore the time has come for you

3:36 to lead these people, the Israelites, across the Jordan River into the land

3:39 I am giving them, and he gives them, gives a couple of promises

3:44 to Joshua regarding the same you see here, Joshua knew Moses was dead,

3:50 right Like, physically Moses was dead. There's no point in looking back or

3:53 there's nothing that they can do, you know, to bring back Moses,

3:57 because Moses is dead. But why was God coming and reenterating him, telling

4:01 him, Hey, listen, my servant, Moses is dead. Everybody knows

4:05 Moses is dead. Why would God have to come and repeat that to him?

4:09 The point here is God is trying to remind us, you know,

4:12 yes, in your physical life, you'll come to that place where you're like,

4:16 Okay, I have to move forward. I can't expect Moses to come

4:19 back to life, but I just feel like getting stuck. I don't want

4:23 to move forward anymore. Because Moses was the one who led me thus far.

4:26 Moses is the one who was the voice. It was giving us direction

4:30 from God, counsel from God, divine instructions from the Lord. And now

4:34 our Moses is dead. I think it's fine for us to just settle where

4:39 we are. And those are the moments God is reminding us to say,

4:43 you know what, Yes, that Moses is dead physically, but can Moses

4:48 also be dead in your mind? That he's not coming and being a factor

4:54 that is strying to stop you or hindering you from moving forward in your life.

4:59 Today, I want to in the name of Jesus Christ, every single

5:01 person in this podcast who's listening to me, I pray that you'll get to

5:04 that place where you know whatever. Maybe it's a person that you are wondering

5:10 and you're missing, and you're saying that you went through a loss and your

5:13 life you know, because of this, I don't want to move forward.

5:15 Or it could be a physical death, maybe they died, or it could

5:19 be somebody who betrayed you, abandoned you, left you hanging on a cliff,

5:24 and you're saying because these people did me wrong, they betrayed me,

5:27 and because of all the unfair things I've went through, I'm in a place

5:30 where I just want to give up. I don't want to move forward with

5:32 my life. I want to tell you guys today, whatever you went through

5:36 in the past, whatever is your Moses. It could be a person,

5:40 it could be a thing, It could be a failure, It could be

5:44 an addiction, it could be a sickness whatever you went through that, or

5:50 it could be an accident that left you with some scars, whatever it is,

5:57 even if it's an incident that left trauma, I want to tell you

6:01 guys, yes, that happened in the past, and you have to move

6:05 on with your life today. I want to challenge each and every one of

6:09 you that that particular incident, that particular Moses in your life, whatever it

6:14 was in the past, it could be a good thing or a bad thing,

6:16 whatever it is, let it be dead in your mind so that you

6:21 are not controlled by that in any longer. That you get to that place

6:26 where you understand God has a plan to take you forward. He doesn't want

6:30 you to come so close to your promised land and just give up because your

6:34 Moses died. He wants to help you and lead you to the next season

6:39 of your life. I don't know who needs to hear this word, but

6:42 in the name of Jesus Christ, I pray God that every single person who's

6:46 having like a Moses in their life that is keeping them from moving forward because

6:49 they're constantly thinking of those good old days, constantly thinking of those moments they

6:54 had cherished and they enjoyed with the Moses in their life. But God,

6:58 today I pray in the name of Jesus, whatever happened, whatever incident,

7:01 whatever it was, I pray that let that Moses in their life be dead

7:08 in their mind. Let it stop hindering them from moving forward, and let

7:15 them step into the fullness of the destiny that you have set for them.

7:19 Let them move towards the land flowing with milk and honey that you have set

7:25 for them. In the name of Jesus, I pray a man, God
