0:54 I want to start off by sharing a scripture with you, and I want

0:57 to take this forward. So very familiar scripture, but I want to talk

1:00 to you from the Utonomy seven, verse six and this is what it says,

1:06 and I'm reading from the Nalty version. Of all the people on the

1:10 earth, the Lord your God has chosen you to be his own special treasure.

1:17 Of all the people on this earth, The Lord your God has chosen

1:21 you to be his own special treasure. What I want you guys to understand

1:25 is you may be feeling like there's nothing special about me. I'm not a

1:30 treasure or anything like that. I'm not that valuable, nothing great, so

1:36 to speak about me. I'm just one of the eight billion people on Earth.

1:40 I'm just mediocre. I'm just average. I'm just I'm just I'm just

1:42 there. You know, you may be looking at yourself like that, but

1:46 I'm here to tell you. The scripture says that of all the people on

1:49 planet Earth, the Lord your God has chosen you. God has chosen you.

1:55 Now. Now, when you think about an instance where somebody is chosen

2:00 for something, right, like when somebody's chosen for something, maybe when they're

2:05 choosing for a new sports team, what do they do. They look at

2:09 the qualities of people. You know, Okay, this person has some material

2:14 to be a sportsman, so let me choose this person. They're not going

2:17 to choose some Tom Dickonarry, right. They don't not going to just look

2:21 at somebody and say, you know what, or you come from a lineage

2:24 of sportsman, so I'm just going to choose you, even though you have

2:28 nothing to do with sports. No, you will be chosen in accordance to

2:31 the fact that you have something in you that is the reason why you are

2:37 chosen. Are you getting what I'm saying? You know, if you're not

2:38 going to add value to the sports team, you're not going to be chosen.

2:42 If you are stupid, you're not going to be chosen. If you

2:45 don't have anything to offer, you're not going to be chosen. Right Like,

2:49 even when they're choosing, for example, in a school, a representation

2:53 in a college as a class representative or something like that, they're not going

2:57 to choose, you know, somebody who's not going to fit into the role.

3:01 They're going to choose somebody who's responsible. They're going to choose somebody who

3:05 is capable with somebody who's having a person of integrity. You know, they're

3:10 going to look at the qualities and they're going to look at somebody and say,

3:14 I'm choosing you because I know you have fit for the job. Are

3:17 you getting what I'm saying now? If people are going to be so careful

3:23 in choosing and the fact that it choose shows how much of value that person

3:28 holds, how much of value that person brings to the table, how much

3:31 more you and I can get to that place and understanding that if God chose

3:36 you, which shows how valuable you are, I wanted to get this into

3:39 your spirit. Guys, the very fact that you are chosen by God of

3:46 all the people in the world. Now you may be saying, what do

3:50 you mean of all the people in the world, how am I chosen?

3:53 If it's not an accident that you're listening to this, It's not an accident

3:55 that you are in the salvation plan of Jesus Christ. It's not an accident

4:00 that you understood the message of the Gospel, that you are listening to this,

4:05 that you are part of this. If you're listening, if God is

4:10 sending out this message to you, it's not an accident. There's so many

4:14 people out there who would love to get this message, but they are just

4:16 not able to or the message hasn't reached them. The message hasn't gone to

4:25 them. Maybe the enemy has blinded them. Think about it. The fact

4:30 that you received this message is a message from God's saying you are to be

4:34 lucky because you are chosen of the Lord. And the fact that you chosen.

4:40 Understand the fact that you're chosen shows how valuable you are. You are

4:46 God's most prized possession. You are is special treasure. Get it in your

4:55 spirit, guys, don't let social media define your v You don't let Hollywood

5:00 or Hollywood define your value. Your value comes from the one who died for

5:05 you on a piece of wood, and that is Jesus Christ. He's saying

5:09 this to you. He's saying, you are chosen from all the people on

5:15 the planet, and that shows that you are is treasured possession. The NAB

5:23 says treasured possession. The NALT says special treasure. And and different translations say

5:32 on very similar lines. Is one of the translation says prized the possession and

5:39 the other one says a special people unto the Lord. You are special guys.

5:46 We are special because we are chosen of the Lord. And when we

5:55 go from this approach and operate in accordance to His plan and this in and

6:00 through a life, that's how we will be able to share the Gospel with

6:03 other people and help them get into that fold of salvation. Helped them also

6:11 understand this message that they two can be the special of the Lord, so

6:15 that they can also be part of the ultimate plan of salvation that God has
