been such an amazing journey thus far, as we've been covering the various aspects

of finding and knowing God's will for our life, and as I want to

talk about the last aspect or the last episode too, so to speak,

in the series. Right now, we don't know how God's going to lead

and maybe I may open up new things as the Lord opens doors of revelation

for me in the days to come out in time to come, but for

now this is going to be the last episode. Of course, what I

plan was maybe tomorrow I'll do a little bit of a quick run through of

all the aspects so that you remember and you can inculculate them in your life

as well. So before I go into that today, I wanted to share

something with you. You may say, John, You've shared a lot of

things in the past. Can you believe that today's episode is going to be

the twenty first episode of the series on finding and Knowing God's Will? I

think this is the longest, you know, series I've ever done, at

least on the podcast, and I'm like, wow, you know, I

never thought this would be going so long, But God has been sharing so

many insights, and you know, not only has it been a blessing to

the people who are listening, and you know, the way you guys have

been sharing the testimonies and some of you who put those reviews on Apple or

other platforms and share, it's amazing and so grateful to you for sharing those

things out and thank you again. I encourage you to share them with your

friends and loud ones so that it'll be you know, a greater blessing to

them as well. You know, so not only has it been a blessing

to my listeners, it's been a blessing to me. You know, when

I go through my own life decisions and choices and much of what I've been

preaching and sharing at all from my experience as I'm going through those moments when

I'm asking, God revealed his will and his plan in various areas of my

life myself. So it's been an amazing journey for me. And I'm sure

everyone if you can say that, you know the Lord would have definitely ministered

and helped you and encouraged you. And then's so grateful to God for all

of that. So gay say, John, all that's good. But I

really thought I would find God's will by the end of this. I really

thought that, you know, in conlicating those aspects into my life would really

be a game changer. John. But to be honest, like I did

to the best of my ability. I try to inculcate every aspect or to

the most part, at least whatever I could do with my ability. John,

But I still feel like I'm falling short. I still have no clarity

on what is God's will for me or I still have questions, and I

don't know what step to take. John. And I really do not know

because I'm not having any lead in this as well. So if that describes

you, I want to share this word. That's the reason I wanted to

put this in the end because see, I'll be honest in saying this to

you. Okay, as much as i'm this preacher, this kid who just

you know, it's passionate about helping people find their purpose, there are areas

in my life where you know, I myself, I'm in a journey when

I'm asking the Lord to reveal things, to teach me, to show me

and stuff like that, like any other normal Christian single would ask the Lord,

right, like, maybe it's in your care your relationships and everything.

I mean, it's a journey for me myself. But here's the thing I

want to share with you guys that you know we need do not have,

you know, full clarity. Sometimes people say, oh, you should have

all the clarity. No, it's not that case, right, It's not

that at all. When you do not know what to do, you know,

that's the best place where you can have the liberty to try out different

things. I know it may not sound like a literal Christian terminology, try

out different things because we all allow to hear you know, you hear from

the Lord, and God gives you a specific instruction, like the God where

it got told Jonah got an in a way, or the way it got

told Joseph to marry Mary, or maybe the way God spoke to Jeremiah and

said, your your your occupation or your calling or your career is going to

be to be called the prophet to the nation. So God is going to

give you the specific thing and you've got to go and follow that. That

is what we want. That is how many people are expecting, you know,

them to stumble into God given destiny and will and purpose for their life.

But I want you to understand that's not the way it always is.

Maybe there are cases where there can be moments, so there can be individual

cases where God can give specific instructions, you know, where God gives you

a word saying, you know what, this is the person you've got to

marry, or this is the route you need to take, or maybe this

is a career for your life, or you know, like there are certain

cases, you know, God gives such specific instructions. But for the most

party, if you don't have such specific instructions, like okay, I have

to go to in a way, or you know, like when God gave

the specific instructions for Samson that you know Haitian or cut his hair, or

when it gave a specific instruction for John the Baptist. So you know,

when God that gives such specific instructions, you will have the clarity and that

knowing that this is what God has given, Okay, But if He has

no one given you that, then you have the liberty to try out different

things. That's what I want you to understand. You don't need to get

hundred out of funded in everything. You don't need to get full fledged understanding

of everything. You can try out different things. And that's the beautiful thing

that you and I have, I'm telling you honestly. See. For example,

you know, prior to the pandemic, I was so rigid in terms

of the fact that, Okay, I used to record YouTube sermons in a

studio, the television studio where I used to have my TV programs. I

used to record them there and release one episode every week every Friday. Mostly

That's all I used to do. And in terms of you know, the

other services that we had. In my podcast, my podcast was literally since

twenty thirteen, my podcast was literally just on WhatsApp. Okay, I didn't

know about online platforms and all these things. I didn't know about all of

that. But after the pandemic started, you know what happened, Like,

Okay, there was lockdown, so I couldn't go to the studio to record.

So what did I do? I had to just I was waiting initially,

you know, hoping that things will turn around and I can go and

record. And then you know, I started seeing people, you know,

posting content and you realize, right when the pandemic started, people were all

just stuck at home. They didn't know what to do. They were just

bringing out random content. Whether the quality was good or bad, they didn't

care. And you know, everybody started becoming their own stars, right.

So when I started seeing that happen, I started trying out different things.

Okay, I tried different things. I tried Instagram reels, I tried hit

up, putting instrumental covers. I kind of play the keyboard, but not

to a very great excellence. So I tried putting instrumental covers on so on

YouTube, or you know, maybe singing covers on here and there occasionally,

and I tried I got some ideas to make some skits. I tried skits.

I tried different kinds of things basically, and to be honest, it's

not that everything was successful. It's not that everything really made a great impact.

In fact, some of them, when I look back, I'm like,

oh my god, why did I even try this out? You know,

it was it was not, you know, anything great, Like even

if you talk about my instrumental covers, it's not that I'm a great instrumentalist.

Okay, I mean, you know, by the end of the day,

I was like, okay, listen, I can say that I,

you know, made some mistakes or something, or I can look at it

as I give this option of trying out different things. Do you get what

I'm saying, I try different things. I always wanted to interview people.

I used to watch some of the interview shows, like The Breakfast Club or

It's a famous interview show in the United States of America. So I used

to watch this show, and you know, I always had that liking and

interest, you know, like maybe one day I wish I could try something

hard. In fact, There's Old podcast started out much of the inspiration of

you know, the Breakfast Club. The style that they followed I'm not saying,

you know, their views and all of that. That's not what I'm

saying. I still admire mainly to learn their style and all of that.

So, you know, I started trying out those things you started in doing

people you know, and I still remember the first person I interviewed, um,

you know. That person was apparently a basketball coach. I introduced him

as a football coach or something like that. I messed up, you know.

But the thing is this, I try different things and people ended up

coming back, and you know, and then I started saying, okay,

the aspect of interviews or something that many people you know started appreciating, John,

you're doing a really good job. And there were things like my reels

or the instrumental cowards, which you know, not anybody I appreciate it.

You know. It was just like you know, adding views on social media

or on new you, but nothing else. So why I'm sharing these examples

directly with you is to tell you when you don't know what to do,

just try different things out, you know what I mean. I try different

things. Certain things worked great. I started improvising on them, like the

interviews or or the skits for example, these skits are some things that I

just tried out. I just you know, I watched you know, like

some Dishney shows and all of that, so I try those, um you

know, like those acting stuff and stuff like that. I mean, it's

not that I'm a great actor, but then you know, I just like

to try it out, you know what I mean. I just have the

passion, so I try out. I write my own stories, so I

try to bring them out, and I'm you know, and some of them

are received really well. Like in fact, even now are two of my

latest kits are the ones that are actually trending. And you know, some

of the platforms, okay, video platforms. So I'm like, wow,

I didn't see that coming. I didn't. I didn't expect those things to

have. But what I'm trying to say is this, you know, you

you you don't directly get this word from the Lord saying go and start skits,

you know, order go and start interviews. Now there were different ideas

I had, Okay, maybe I could try interviews. Maybe I could try

you know, instrumental covers. Maybe I could try reels, I could try

skits. All these different ideas came about, and I started trying different things.

Certain things worked, certain things did not, but those were the ones

which directed me towards where God wanted to take me. Right. So that's

what I want you guys to get. Like, you know, whatever works

out, you you keep working on it. You you take one step at

a time and God will lead you and direct you accordingly. All right.

I know I'm going a little longer in this episode because I want to get

the point across to you, and some of you are like John, you

wanted to spoke for eleven minutes and you still not shared in the scripture.

I have some scriptures to share with you, but I will first share these

things with her, all of you. So you know I wanted to share

this guys. It's not that I got full clarity right away, but I

took one step at a time and God lent me with that one step at

a time, and each one led me to the next step. You know,

when I started out my audio podcasts in twenty thirteen, I didn't know

what was in store. I was thinking, that's the only thing I can

do. That's the idea that God gave me while I was praying. I

started taking that. I took those steps and I started improvising on it,

I got it better at it, and then what happened That started getting me

opportunities to preach in front of thousands of people. There were opportunities on television,

and then what happened and I migrated to the online podcast in April twenty

What happened was I started seeing different things happening, like you know, within

a little over a year this year, in twenty twenty one, the podcast

started ranking out the charts, and you know, as I didn't know what

was in store, and that started opening doors for me to um, you

know, have sessions and interview reputed and influential guests on our podcast. Some

of you may know some of the reputed guests that we had on the podcast,

and those were the people I was like, oh my goodness, I

didn't expect this to happen, But it all started falling into place right when

I just started trying something I didn't. I didn't try these before. I

just tried, and I started seeing God open doors right and eventually, as

you move forward, what happened the best news I want to share with you

guys. I wanted to keep it on unofficial till it's officially released but you

know, I recently got a contact or you know, US based radio organization.

A radio contacted me about a week or two ago, and then they

said, John, we checked out your podcast. I'm sure some of you

know that my podcast is actually ranking even in the United States of America.

Like in fact, most of my listeners are from the United States. Thank

you so much guys for listening. But here's the thing. This radio contacted

me saying we've seen your podcast and we want to have you as a radio

show on our radio. You know, I didn't see that coming, and

I was like, wow, okay, I know I'm going to release it

officially as a news in the once things are finalized. But I didn't see

this coming. But you see, it all started like one step at a

time. I didn't know that one day I will have my own radio show.

I didn't really think our imagine that would be coming. But it's literally

coming down to a place. Like you know, when I say The Breakfast

Club is a radio show, I'm like, wow, when I used to

watch The Breakfast Club and today I'm actually going to see that this podcast is

going to be a radio show. I didn't see that coming, but you

see, each step along the way, one led to the other. I

just did what I knew to do. God led me and connected me to

the next step. That's the way you need to trust that God knows how

to connect and lead you to the next step, one step at a time.

You get what I'm saying. So it may not happen right away.

See, I've been podcasting since when twenty thirteen, right, and today,

for example, I was just checking out, you know, the Spotify rapt

which was coming out, and it said in this year alone, our listenership

on Spotify alone grew by over seven hundred and sixty percent. Now that's like

an amazing amount of growth which I never saw for the past so many years.

Right. So what I want you to understand is you take your steps

at the right time, you will see the fruit of it. Okay,

you don't need to have full clarity. You take little little steps and God

will definitely honor you, and God will show himself up at the right time.

Okay. Now, before leaving a wand to share two scriptures with you.

One is found in Acts rapt to sixteen, and I'm reading from the

message version. This is talking about Paul and the others was six. Onwards,

they went to Phrygia and then on through the region of Galicia. Their

plan was to turn west into Asia Province, but the Holy Spirit blocked that

route. So they went to Masia, and they tried to go not to

Beethania, but the Spirit of Jesus wouldn't let them go there either. Proceeding

on to Masia, they went down to the seaport Droas. That night,

Paul had a dream a Macedonians on the far shore and called across the sea,

come over to Macedonia and help us. That dream gave Paul his map.

We went to work at once getting things ready to cross over to Macedonia.

All the pieces had come together. We knew now for sure that God

has called us to preach the good news to the Europeans. Isn't that such

a beautiful thing. They tried to go to different places. They didn't sit

there and ask God to give full plan of what to do. The Bible

says they went to Frygia and then they went to the region of Galicia.

They didn't sit there and ask God. They try different things. Okay,

their plan was to go to Asia, but you know, the Holy Spirit

blocked that route, so they went to Masia. See doesn't say they planned

to go to Masia. It doesn't say they just planned or they thought about

going to Friygia or to Galicia. It says that they went to that place,

but things didn't work out. The spirit didn't halla. So my question

or challenge to each one of yours, you know, do you have the

courage to be bold enough to go try different things rather than just sit and

wait forgot to give you full instruction? Do you have the courage to try

different things out? You know, when when when they try different things,

that's when they stepped into thro as, and in thro as they got the

direction on what they need to to do next. Right, So when you

keep trying different things, you know, that is one of the ways you

will actually stumble into what is actually meant for you, you know, rather

than just sit and wait for you know, some red carpet from heaven to

give you the direction, try out different things. Don't waste your time,

don't just sit idle, Just don't just you know, lays around and just

complain and grumble. Use the time to do something. No, when you

when you have that, this is what it is so beautiful. The dream

gave Paul his map, and we went to get ready, and all the

pieces had come together. I want you to understand that. You know,

when you when you try your best, go whatever you can within your capacity,

you know certain things may work out, certain those may never open.

At least you will know for sure, Okay, at least I tried right.

And then when you when you call, he's how intentional you are about

it. God is going to lead you and and and that's what you see

the supernatural right. God gave him a dream and drew the dream. God

gave him the direction. Just a couple of episodes are showed about how God

uses dreams to give us direction. And here's a classic thing. That's exactly

what happened, and he got And what is so amazing is how the Bible

says all the pieces had come together right. So remember the things you try,

I will never go in me. Those pieces which looks like they have

mistakes will also come together. The Bible says all things will work together for

good to them that love a lot and are called according to his purpose,

all things will come together because you have that heart to do what is right.

See, even now, some of those instrumental videos which are put up

on YouTube. It's not that they're doing like you know, in terms of

how do I say this, you know, it's not that they were really

impressive or something. To be honest, even I don't find it that great

or impressive. But here's the thing. You know, they still get a

lot of attraction in terms of video views, and you know they're helping in

their own way. So what I'm saying is even the things you did or

tried which were not really great, you know, God can use them in

some way or the other to help you by the end of the day or

to enhance His kingdom through that. So that's the place I encourage each one

of you to go to. I know today's episode has been pretty long,

almost more than twenty one minutes, things the longest in recent times. But

I think I had to share all of these things with you guys, and

I really hope you were blessed by these things, and I would really loved

to hear from you guys. Actually, I wanted to share another scripture.

I'll just quickly share this with you. I use this passage before also,

but I want to say this. It's found the Second King, chapter seven,

where it talks about the four leppers. Okay, I just want to

remind you because it's in line with this context here the four leppers who were

standing out. I encourage you to read the passage to know more, rather

than me spend more time explaining this thing. Verse three, it says,

you know, it happened that four leppers were sitting outside the city gate.

They said to another, what are we doing here at death store. We

If we enter the famine struck city, we will die. If we stay

here, we will die. So let's take our chances in the camp of

aam and throw us us on their mercy. If they receive us, we

will live. If they kill us, We've got nothing to lose today.

I want you to have this attitude where they say, you know, if

you sit here, we're going to die. If we go back to the

famine struck city, we're still going to die. So let's take our chances

and go to the camp of arm. If they allow us to live,

we'll live. If they kill us, we'll die. We've got nothing to

lose today. I want you to have that attitude today that you know what,

Let me at least try rather than sit here and complain and grumble and

just wish God would do something. Let me at least try something. If

it works out, great. If it doesn't work out, at least I

will know that I tried. No, You've got nothing to lose, so

let that be a perspective. And I'm sure that by the end of the

day, God is a good God. He will show and reveal things to

you, guys, and you will get better clarity as you keep going forward

with it as well. So thank you so much for listening to the end.
