0:57 for the Solo John Gift Podcast, and even as stepping into this season of

1:02 Edmond. When you think about the moment when Jesus was born and the different

1:06 incidents that are recorded in the world of God surrounding the same, you know,

1:08 one of the things I wanted to share with you is something that we

1:11 understand now when we take, for examples, the example the shepherds, right,

1:17 they were just taking care of the sheep. They were just having just

1:21 another night with the sheep, and the angels just appeared. Right. The

1:26 angel comes and gives them the message saying that the savior of the world has

1:30 been born. Here's the thing I wanted you to understand. Listen to this.

1:33 These shepherds were doing what they were always doing, right. They were

1:38 just in the fields taking care of the sheep and the and the angels met

1:46 them where they were. You know what I mean. They were met by

1:49 the angels right where they were. They didn't have to go to a church

1:53 or a synagogue or you know, place of worship. They were not praying

1:56 or you know, they were not you know, listen to this, Caffellen,

2:00 listen to this canflict because this is so important, guys, this is

2:02 so important. You know, I'm not saying don't go to church, or

2:06 don't read the Bible, don't pray. That's not what I'm saying. What

2:08 I'm saying is sometimes you know, yes, you go to church and all

2:12 of those things, but you know, God meets you right where you are

2:15 at. You know, you could be in your workplace and God can meet

2:19 you there. You know, these shepherds were in their workplace and God gave

2:24 the counsel for them there not when they were sleeping, not when they went

2:28 to church, but in their workplace. When you think about even you know

2:32 the wise men, you know, they were just the stargazers. They were

2:37 they were studying the stars and they see the star and then they just see.

2:40 God meets people right where they're at, you know, the intellectual ones

2:45 like the wise men, God met them with the intellectual message with the stars.

2:50 And these shepherds, God met them with, you know, right where

2:55 they were under the stars. You know, the angels coming in with an

3:00 encounter. You see, God is going to meet you right where you are.

3:07 He's going to meet you at the moment that you're in. He's going

3:09 to meet you at the place that you're in today. Sometimes, you know,

3:13 we think that, you know, you stop all your sin, you

3:15 stop all this so stop all this lifestyle, and then God is going to

3:17 speak to you. No, sometimes you have to understand that if you have

3:21 a heart to do what is right. You know, while you're working,

3:23 God can speak to you while you're doing that yours. God can speak to

3:27 you. While you're driving or writing, God can speak to you. God

3:30 can speak to you, and God wants to speak to you, and God

3:32 wants to meet with you every single time, anywhere, any place. Can

3:38 you get to that place where you take the limits off and say God,

3:42 anywhere or wherever I am. I want to hear your voice. I want

3:46 to have an encounter with you. I want to have a moment with you.

3:51 And I'm telling you, if you have a heart that says you know

3:53 what, no matter where I am, no matter what I do, I

3:55 want to have an encounter with God. I'm telling you, God will meet

3:59 you at the please that you're in. Amen, God bless you. You've
