1:03 Speaker 2: in our everyday life based out of the Titanic. And

1:06 Speaker 2: today there is something that I just thought I would

1:08 Speaker 2: share with you guys, because in line with the world

1:11 Speaker 2: that we're living in, like if you were listening to

1:12 Speaker 2: my podcast sermon yesterday, I told you that despite the

1:16 Speaker 2: fact that the crippled men in both John chapter five

1:19 Speaker 2: as well as in ectp to three, they had to

1:22 Speaker 2: wait for a long period of time almost thirty eight

1:25 Speaker 2: years in one case and forty years almost four decades

1:28 Speaker 2: in both the cases. And despite the fact that it

1:32 Speaker 2: looked like this is how their situation would be, got

1:34 Speaker 2: showed up and turned the situation around. The thing is this,

1:38 Speaker 2: I shared the importance of waiting for that divine moment

1:41 Speaker 2: when God will actually do the miracle right because we're

1:44 Speaker 2: living in a time and age we want everything, and

1:46 Speaker 2: we want it fast, we want it now, we want

1:48 Speaker 2: it instantaneously because you have everything in the click of

1:50 Speaker 2: a button. Oh you know what I feel like. I

1:53 Speaker 2: want to order something online. I want to go it

1:55 Speaker 2: on Amazon and order something. I want to do it

1:57 Speaker 2: right away. Oh I see this nice dress I see

2:02 Speaker 2: on our website that comes on my socials. I just

2:04 Speaker 2: want to order it. I don't think about money, I

2:06 Speaker 2: don't think about anything. Just go ahead and you know,

2:09 Speaker 2: get this stuff done. But yes, the thing, See, there's

2:12 Speaker 2: a place where you should not be stingy. You should

2:15 Speaker 2: learn to live your life as well. Right, But at

2:17 Speaker 2: the same time, you should learn to be in a

2:19 Speaker 2: place where you are patient. You learn things by being patient,

2:24 Speaker 2: you know, you're not impulsive, because that's something that's so

2:29 Speaker 2: much lacking in today's generation because instant coffee, instant money,

2:34 Speaker 2: instant this, instant that, instant results. So that's the reason

2:38 Speaker 2: when people don't get what they want immediately, they give up.

2:41 Speaker 2: They wait for a period of time, and then they

2:43 Speaker 2: give up. I was sharing this with you guys recently,

2:45 Speaker 2: how with you know, with last month and this month.

2:49 Speaker 2: You know, ever since the recording and then the release date,

2:52 Speaker 2: It's been ten years since I started going to a

2:56 Speaker 2: studio and recording eigh quality videos for you you consistently.

3:01 Speaker 2: I've been consistent, consistent on YouTube for the past ten

3:04 Speaker 2: years with over one thousand, six hundred videos over a

3:06 Speaker 2: period of time. And yes, to thing, most people in

3:10 Speaker 2: my position would have given up for the kind of

3:12 Speaker 2: results I've seen on YouTube in the last ten years,

3:14 Speaker 2: to be honest, right, But the thing is this, in

3:19 Speaker 2: the generation like today, people say, you know, what you've

3:22 Speaker 2: been doing for ten years and this is the result.

3:24 Speaker 2: What makes it keep going? You know, despite the fact

3:26 Speaker 2: that you've been putting things for a long time. See,

3:30 Speaker 2: I want you to understand something here. There's a very

3:32 Speaker 2: important principle to learn. Okay. See, when you think about

3:35 Speaker 2: that Titanic, Titanic had certain strengths, like it was the

3:39 Speaker 2: most luxurious ship in the world of that time. It

3:42 Speaker 2: was having the latest technology. It had so many things

3:46 Speaker 2: that were like not seen anywhere else. The latest technology

3:50 Speaker 2: that made it called the unsinkable because of the watertight

3:53 Speaker 2: compartment doors that they had. The Titanic was, you know,

3:57 Speaker 2: like by far the biggest object ever made by man

4:01 Speaker 2: in history during that period of time. But yes, the

4:03 Speaker 2: thing I wanted to understand, the Titanic strength was not

4:06 Speaker 2: speed speed being the strength was for other ships. There

4:11 Speaker 2: were ships that would go faster than the Titanic. They

4:13 Speaker 2: could go at thirty knots forty knots, whereas the Titanic's

4:16 Speaker 2: maximum speed was twenty one knots or twenty two knots

4:20 Speaker 2: if you push it to the fullest. Here's the thing,

4:23 Speaker 2: you know, if you even you see in the movie,

4:25 Speaker 2: there's a moment where the owner of the ship Bruis

4:27 Speaker 2: is made is que saying the captain Edward John Smith

4:32 Speaker 2: saying speed up, speed up, because we want to rush

4:35 Speaker 2: and reach a destination fast. You know. See the captain

4:39 Speaker 2: actually says, no, I don't want to push the limits

4:42 Speaker 2: or the engine too fast. I wanted to just slowly

4:46 Speaker 2: get used to things. But he was firsteing him, saying

4:49 Speaker 2: go ahead. See this was the mistake, right. They were

4:52 Speaker 2: rushing at the time when they had several warnings, six

4:56 Speaker 2: warnings on the April to fourteenth saying slow down, slow down,

5:11 Speaker 2: to get the name for speed. What happened, It sank

5:20 Speaker 2: the thing I wanted to understand. There's a verse I

5:22 Speaker 2: want to share, and I want to help you understand

5:25 Speaker 2: the message that I want to drive to. It is

5:28 Speaker 2: mentioned in Exodus twenty three, verse thirty. Okay, the Lord

5:31 Speaker 2: is speaking to them, and this is what it says.

5:33 Speaker 2: I'm reading to you from the NIV version. First, it says,

5:37 Speaker 2: little by little, I will drive them out before you

5:40 Speaker 2: until you're increased enough to take possession of the land.

5:44 Speaker 2: If you see, even in the other version, like Enalty,

5:47 Speaker 2: it says I will drive them out a little at

5:49 Speaker 2: a time, a little at a time, little by little.

5:52 Speaker 2: I wanted to get this. See, God could have helped

5:54 Speaker 2: them conquer the full Promise land in one go. Right. Yes,

5:58 Speaker 2: God he is almighty, But he says I will help

6:01 Speaker 2: you possess a land little by little. It's not going

6:05 Speaker 2: to happen in a in an instant, right. It's a

6:09 Speaker 2: little by little process by which you possess the land.

6:12 Speaker 2: It's a little by little process by which you put

6:14 Speaker 2: an end to the schemes of the enemy and you

6:17 Speaker 2: conquer and you come out with thorious. See, I'm telling

6:20 Speaker 2: you honestly, when I started out the ministry fourteen years ago,

6:23 Speaker 2: or the YouTube ten years ago, or all the different

6:26 Speaker 2: avenues through which a minister, I'm telling you, I didn't.

6:30 Speaker 2: I was like, oh my gosh, I want to get

6:32 Speaker 2: into the fullness. I want to be like you know,

6:34 Speaker 2: traveling and ministering and doing this, doing that, doing this,

6:36 Speaker 2: doing that. But can I tell you something, The process

6:39 Speaker 2: through which God takes you is little by little. You know, why,

6:43 Speaker 2: Because I've seen a lot of people in an instant.

6:45 Speaker 2: They just grow in an instant overnight success. You know

6:48 Speaker 2: when you say that, sometimes just one thing goes viral

6:53 Speaker 2: right in the beginning, and they just you know, I'm

6:56 Speaker 2: not able to handle this success. They're not able to

6:58 Speaker 2: handle how to be the light in the darkness. At

7:01 Speaker 2: that point, they're just thrown apart. They're not ready for that.

7:04 Speaker 2: And God prepares you for that moment by you going

7:09 Speaker 2: and conquering little by little. Maybe it may not be

7:12 Speaker 2: virality for you. It may not be impact in terms

7:14 Speaker 2: of the ministry for you. Maybe it could be your business.

7:17 Speaker 2: It could be a relationship. It could be you advancing

7:20 Speaker 2: in your career. It could be you taking a step

7:23 Speaker 2: towards your God you and calling out whatever it is.

7:25 Speaker 2: I'm challenging you today to get to that place instead

7:28 Speaker 2: of being in a place where you're like, you know what,

7:30 Speaker 2: I want to rush and get my full position of

7:32 Speaker 2: the land. Why did you say, Lord, give me the

7:34 Speaker 2: grace to conquer the land little by little. Help me

7:37 Speaker 2: to go with the pace that you have set out

7:40 Speaker 2: for me. I don't want to be like the Titanic,

7:42 Speaker 2: you know, rushing ahead and missing the point and ending

7:45 Speaker 2: up sinking on my maiden voyage. I want to be

7:47 Speaker 2: someone who's making an impact. I want to be someone

7:50 Speaker 2: who's growing your roots deep and wide, so you know what,

7:54 Speaker 2: even through the storm, even through the icebergs that come

7:57 Speaker 2: your way, you'll be strong enough to face it out victorious.

8:01 Speaker 2: And I'm telling you honestly, I don't say this from

8:04 Speaker 2: a place of pride, but sometimes I've noticed this when

8:06 Speaker 2: I see people who just for example, I've been in

8:09 Speaker 2: ministry for the past fourteen years. I've been doing this, right,

8:12 Speaker 2: I've seen people who, you know, who were never in

8:14 Speaker 2: the Lord and then suddenly, you know, one moment they

8:17 Speaker 2: experienced something and then they were like, you know what,

8:19 Speaker 2: I'm going to start ministering for the Lord, and you know,

8:21 Speaker 2: their testimony is powerful, and immediately you know they get

8:24 Speaker 2: in the connections, the advance and everything all of that,

8:28 Speaker 2: and then you know, in one year they just grow

8:30 Speaker 2: like crazy, Whereas you've been putting in effort for the

8:33 Speaker 2: past fourteen years. And here's the thing. You know, maybe

8:36 Speaker 2: the Lord is using them the blood bless system great,

8:39 Speaker 2: But the thing is, sometimes when I listen to what

8:41 Speaker 2: they got to say, I realized Oh my gosh, there's

8:44 Speaker 2: no depth in what you're saying because you didn't have

8:47 Speaker 2: that time of pruning, the process that took me to

8:50 Speaker 2: bring the depth that is required in the message, the

8:54 Speaker 2: depth that is required in bringing understanding what people are

8:58 Speaker 2: going through in that moment and bringing the revelation from

9:02 Speaker 2: the world that will bring the difference in the life

9:04 Speaker 2: of people, impact on the loves of people. Because you

9:07 Speaker 2: see in a world that wants instant results, instant satisfaction,

9:12 Speaker 2: instant gratification, well they also forget the message, instant lying

9:17 Speaker 2: if there's no depth end it. So my challenge to you,

9:20 Speaker 2: guys is the simple truth. Guys. You know, let's learn

9:23 Speaker 2: from the Titanic and let's learn from our life. Let's

9:25 Speaker 2: learn from God's word. You know that the process involves

9:29 Speaker 2: God leading us little by little, not jumping into the

9:33 Speaker 2: fullness of it in one go. And be ready for that,

9:37 Speaker 2: because that's the process in which you'll grow deep and

9:40 Speaker 2: you'll come out victorious for the glory of God. Amen.
