Speaker 1: Do you ever look around and think, Wow, the world
Speaker 1: is a crazy place and it just seems to get
Speaker 1: crazier and crazier. Ease your mind and take a break.
Speaker 1: This is Fuel for the Soul with John Gifta. We're
Speaker 1: a hub for inspirational Christian sermons, practical keys for Christian living,
Speaker 1: in Christian discussions and interviews. You'll be inspired to live
Speaker 1: the life that you were created for. Your host is
Speaker 1: a top ranking podcaster, best selling author, world record holder,
Speaker 1: aerospace engineer, life coach, evangelist and founder of John Gifta International.
Speaker 1: Welcome to Fuel for the Soul with John Gifta.
Speaker 2: Hello, remind Welcome to this edition of the Fuel for
Speaker 2: the Soul with John Gifta podcast. All through this week,
Speaker 2: we are looking at various aspects that we can look
Speaker 2: at or understand about God as a heavenly Father. If
Speaker 2: you did not know about this, I know I've spoken
Speaker 2: a lot about my debut book and Bail a Purpose,
Speaker 2: which talks about finding a purpose, which became a number
Speaker 2: one best seller on Amazon, which is where I emphasize
Speaker 2: and focus a lot on. But I've authored multiple books
Speaker 2: and the very first book that I ever wrote was
Speaker 2: the book called who am I called? Which is all
Speaker 2: about our identity in Christ. And I want you to
Speaker 2: understand that a lot of Christians are walking in this
Speaker 2: place where they struggle to accept who God actually made
Speaker 2: them to be. They're just feeling like, look at the world,
Speaker 2: like everything looks like, oh my gosh. You know, you
Speaker 2: see these picture perfect images on social media. You look
Speaker 2: at these people who have flawless glasses of skin, and
Speaker 2: there's all of this pressure because if you notice, on
Speaker 2: my podcast, I've got the chance to interview even run
Speaker 2: out Olive Wood actresses, including someone who was an Ammy
Speaker 2: Award winning Alliwood actress and New York top model and
Speaker 2: all of that. See, I want you to understand, like
Speaker 2: when I've got to interview or rough shoulders with them,
Speaker 2: one of the things I noticed is that even in
Speaker 2: such spaces that we look up and say, oh my gosh,
Speaker 2: this person has that beautiful, you know figure, or this
Speaker 2: this attractiveness that is attached, or they have the standard
Speaker 2: of beauty, standard of attraction, or standard of who the
Speaker 2: person is as a model, but even they have shared
Speaker 2: half how people over there or even in those surrounding circles,
Speaker 2: there is this figure of oh I'm not good enough.
Speaker 2: There's something that's like I'm not at par with the standard,
Speaker 2: or that that feeling of not good enough, because that's
Speaker 2: one thing that has been unsettling for a lot of people.
Speaker 2: And maybe today you are in that place yourself. You're
Speaker 2: feeling like John. I know the Bible says things like
Speaker 2: in first Feter two ninas is, you're a chosen generation,
Speaker 2: you're a royal priesthood. And you're saying, I don't feel
Speaker 2: like I'm from the royal priesthood. I don't feel royalty
Speaker 2: because the Bible says that we are children of God,
Speaker 2: and which means that God is the king of Kings,
Speaker 2: which means that we are children of the King of
Speaker 2: Kings and the lot of lords. And that puts us
Speaker 2: in a place of royalty. And you may say, I
Speaker 2: don't feel anything like I'm of the royal origin. I
Speaker 2: don't feel anything that puts me in that place. See,
Speaker 2: and you look at first John three, verse one, it says,
Speaker 2: behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed upon us,
Speaker 2: that we should be called children of God? Okay, so
Speaker 2: the law of God is that he has adopted us.
Speaker 2: I've shared these scriptures with you, like if you see
Speaker 2: through the Book of Romans, chapter eight, verse fifteen and sixteen,
Speaker 2: and even if you look at the Bible in Ephesians
Speaker 2: two nineteen, it says we are members of the household
Speaker 2: of God. I wanted to understand something very important here,
Speaker 2: like we're from the family of the King of kings
Speaker 2: and a lot of us. That puts us in that
Speaker 2: place of royalty. Whether you feel like it or not,
Speaker 2: whether you understand it or not, You're not ordinary. You're
Speaker 2: not how the world defines who you are. You are
Speaker 2: what the Word of God defines who you are. You
Speaker 2: get what I'm saying. See, this is where I really
Speaker 2: recommend you to be rooted in who God made you
Speaker 2: to be. See. I remember a moment when there was
Speaker 2: a big program happening and there were different personalities attending
Speaker 2: this event. There were all the top actresses and models
Speaker 2: and those in the entertainment industry, producers and authors and
Speaker 2: people who accomplished great feats. And along with all of
Speaker 2: that was also a member of a royal family. And
Speaker 2: what I noticed was this person in the royal family
Speaker 2: was not quote unquote the most attractive, the most talented,
Speaker 2: the most oppressive, the most educated, or the most accomplished
Speaker 2: person or anything of that sort. They always had somebody
Speaker 2: who is better at all of these things. But this
Speaker 2: person carried herself like, oh my gosh, you know what,
Speaker 2: I know who I am. I'm a person who's royal.
Speaker 2: I am of the royal lineage. I am not ordinary.
Speaker 2: So she had that unusual boldness about herself, unusual knowing like,
Speaker 2: you know what, Yes, you may be more talented, but
Speaker 2: I know who I am. I am from the royal lineage.
Speaker 2: You may be more educated, but I'm from the royal lineage.
Speaker 2: So she walked with that. See, this is the place
Speaker 2: of security that I want you and I to walk in,
Speaker 2: a place where we are like, you know what, so
Speaker 2: confident in the fact that I am from the royal lineage,
Speaker 2: from the lineage of the King of kings and a
Speaker 2: lot of loads, which means that people can be more
Speaker 2: talented than me, more attractive than me, more accomplished than me,
Speaker 2: than whatever it is. That doesn't affect me, that doesn't
Speaker 2: stir jealousy in me, that doesn't make me feel insecure
Speaker 2: or less than because you know what I know I am.
Speaker 2: I am a child of the King of Kings and
Speaker 2: a lot of lots. I know who I am, that
Speaker 2: I am from the royal liniage, and I know that
Speaker 2: as a child of the King of Kings and a
Speaker 2: lot of lots, I can walk with that boldness. I
Speaker 2: can walk with that courage knowing that if God is
Speaker 2: on my side, if God is leading me, if God
Speaker 2: is directing my steps, I don't have to worry about anything.
Speaker 2: See today, I want you to think about this, even
Speaker 2: as we are in the week where we remember Father's
Speaker 2: Day coming up, one of the things I want you
Speaker 2: to think about is that you can walk with that
Speaker 2: boldness and that con not from a place of arrogance,
Speaker 2: but from a place of just being confident in yourself.
Speaker 2: Instead of allowing the pressures of the world, instead of
Speaker 2: allowing social media, the entertainment industry, or Hollywood or Bollywood
Speaker 2: define who you are. Get to that place where the
Speaker 2: one who died for you on a piece of wood
Speaker 2: defines who you are. That's Jesus Christ, because he's saying,
Speaker 2: you know what, You're valuable, because you are valuable because
Speaker 2: I wanted you to be in my royal lineage. I
Speaker 2: was willing to sacrifice myself on the cross for you.
Speaker 2: And today when you walk with that awareness that you're
Speaker 2: from the royal lineage. You will not walk from a
Speaker 2: place where you feel like, Oh, I have to just
Speaker 2: make it through life. I have to just get through life.
Speaker 2: I have to just do this. I just have to
Speaker 2: do that. No, you will know without a shadow of
Speaker 2: a doubt, your identity is rooted in who God made
Speaker 2: you to be, and when you walk with that, you
Speaker 2: will have that peace, the joy, the lead like never
Speaker 2: before in your life. And you may say, John, all
Speaker 2: this sounds nice, but I don't feel like I'm from
Speaker 2: the royal family. I don't feel like that, John. My
Speaker 2: life is in a very despicable place. My finances are
Speaker 2: in a very bad place. I cannot say that I'm
Speaker 2: from the royal lineage or my life is in a mess.
Speaker 2: I just want to share an example and close. There
Speaker 2: was a moment where we had a royal wedding happening
Speaker 2: in the state of Karnataka in India a couple of
Speaker 2: years ago, and this friend of me and this friend
Speaker 2: of mine called me up and said, Hey, John, do
Speaker 2: you know that this princess who's getting married happened to
Speaker 2: be my college mate? And I didn't even know that
Speaker 2: she was from the royal lineage. She looked ordinary, she
Speaker 2: was just pursuing a course, just like everybody else. She
Speaker 2: looked like she was just another girl in the university.
Speaker 2: Nobody thought that she was anybody having any connection to royalty.
Speaker 2: But now when she's in the news, when everybody's seeing
Speaker 2: that she's getting married, and she got married to the
Speaker 2: prince and now she's unquote the queen of this particular region,
Speaker 2: she said, you know what, nobody even expected that this
Speaker 2: girl who was just another girl in the university was
Speaker 2: actually from the royal lineage. See what I wanted to
Speaker 2: understand is just because no one noticed does not mean
Speaker 2: that she was not from the royal lineage. She walked
Speaker 2: in normally, her life looked normal. But at the right
Speaker 2: appointed time, everybody got to know that she's from the
Speaker 2: royal lineage. The news, the information, and you know, everything
Speaker 2: just spread out. See that's what I wanted to understand.
Speaker 2: Sometimes your life may feel like you're not from the
Speaker 2: royal lineage. Your life may feel like you're just ordinary,
Speaker 2: nothing special about you, nothing great about you. But I
Speaker 2: want you to hold because the same way, suddenly everybody
Speaker 2: got to know who she really was. At the right
Speaker 2: time when God elevates you, promotes you and his favor
Speaker 2: trusts you to new levels. That time, people will look
Speaker 2: back and say, this person believed in that royal thing
Speaker 2: that he or she was a child of the King
Speaker 2: of Kings. Look at the levels he's gone to, look
Speaker 2: at the places she's going, and they will be amazed
Speaker 2: to see. Look what the Lord can do when you
Speaker 2: know that you're from the royal lineage of the King
Speaker 2: of Kings and the Lord of Lots. I really hope
Speaker 2: this message encouraged and blessed you. I really challenge you
Speaker 2: to leave a comment and share this with somebody and
Speaker 2: I will see you back.
